Missions or Quests in The Division can be found on this page. Certain missions have minimum level requirements. They do however, allow for the difficulty to be changed, which either increases or reduces the amount of experience and may change the type of rewards for successful completion. Missions can be completed in co-op play and count for everyone in your squad provided they have all accepted the mission beforehand. Missions are repeatable, however you may not earn XP or wing supplies beyond the first completion of a mission. You may continue to earn credits and equipment rewards on the different difficulties.
Once a player reaches the max level they may begin earning Phoenix Credits which can be used at the Special Vendors in the end game Base of Operations and in the furthest north Safe Room in the Dark Zones to purchase end game Gear and Weapons. There will be 3 Daily Missions that players can complete for Phoenix Credits. When a mission is highlighted on the map by a white circle, it has been selected as a daily mission, and hovering over the mission will let you know which difficulty has been selected for the Daily Mission by showing (Daily) next to the difficulty.
Update 1.1 introduced a new End Game squad based activity called an Incursion, which functions similar to a raid. The following are the presently available incursions:
- Falcon Lost: available in the Stuyvesant area. You must be level 30 and have completed the mission "General Assembly" to access this mission. The encounter is balanced for 4 players with high level gear
- Clear Sky: in Colombus Circle. Clear Sky challenges you to take back a formerly LMB-controlled anti-air missile site, restore safe passage to the skies over Manhattan, and reclaim supply drops stolen by Rikers. Available with the Conflict DLC.
- Dragon’s Nest: Travel to Hell’s Kitchen and investigate rumors of a new Cleaner weapon that can wreak havoc throughout Manhattan. You must be level 30 and have completed the mission "General Assembly" to access the incursion. The encounter is balanced for a team of four players outfitted with high-level gear. Available with the Underground DLC.

- Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint

- Lexington Event Center
- Russian Consulate.
- Hudson Refugee Camp
- Queens Tunnel Camp
