Conflict is a free DLC update that will be available May 24th, 2016.
Conflict will add a new Incursion into New York’s Columbus Circle, as well as new Dark Zone features.
Conflict adds a new Incursion called Clear Sky. There will also be new gear sets, weapons, loot, and a mission that involves "[taking] down enemy leaders." Additionally, the expansion adds a new hijack feature for the extractions from the Dark Zone.
Clear Sky, a brand new Incursion in Columbus Circle. Pitting Division Agents against Rikers, Clear Sky challenges you to take back a formerly LMB-controlled anti-air missile site, restore safe passage to the skies over Manhattan, and reclaim supply drops stolen by Rikers.
Another new feature coming in the Conflict update is high-value targets (HVT). The HVT officer inside your base of operations will provide you with a list of these targets, along with a description, their level, and the recommended gear score you need to engage them. You’ll have a limited amount of time and only one chance to take down these targets.
As for the new hijack feature for Dark Zone, this will allow players to cut an extraction rope, which will spill all of the loot on the ground. This new feature should make extractions "even more intense."
