Encounters in The Division can be found on this page. These missions are populated on your map by checking Notice Boards for from situation reports at the Base of Operations. They correspond to one of the wings in your Base of Operations. Completing them earns you credits, experience and supplies for use in upgrading the corresponding wing in your Base of Operations.
