Electronics in The Division is a Stat that increases the effectiveness of the player with Skills.
This Stat dictates the overall effectiveness of the player's Skills. The higher this Stat the more effective they become. Those wishing to have a support role, will focus on this Stat.
Improving the Electronics stat improves a player's Skill Power. A higher Skill power augments Skills in different ways. It can increase the duration of a skill, increase the radius of the area of effect, improve the resilience of a shield, improve the quality of a heal and more.

Stickybomb BFB mod damage cap is 250k on paper.... but i've seen mine hit for 500k.... is Electronics bugged?
