      Im so confused. i understand what the gear is saying but when i equip the item with this talent is doesnt look like anything happned

        lets say I have 100k SPS, 100K stamina and 100K Skill power. If I wear a backpack with this talent wil it give me 26k more Skill Power?Because I when I wear mine it lowers my Skill Power. This happens eventhough my other backpack does not have anything involving Skill Power...
