Fabric in The Division is used to Craft Gear and Gear Mods. It comes in 5 qualities: ??, Standard, Specialized, Superior and High-End. Better Gear and Gear Mods can be crafted with higher quality Fabric. Players can convert 5 of any Fabric into 1 of the higher tier of that Fabric. For example you can convert 5 Standard Fabric into 1 Specialized Fabric.
