Blueprints in The Division are what the player must acquire in order to be able to Craft a piece of equipment or a Modification. Blueprints are located around the world and must be found by the player in order to craft via completing Missions or purchasing from Vendors. Blueprints will require either of the following Crafting Materials: Fabric, Electronics, Weapon Parts or Tools in various quantities and qualities in order to be able to craft certain items.

Material Conversion Blueprints in The Division are what the player must acquire in order to convert Crafting Materials into higher level Materials. Blueprints are located around the world and must be found by the player in order to craft. Material Conversion Blueprints will require either: Fabric, Electronics, Weapon Parts or Tools in quantities of 5 and in order to craft 1 of the higher tier equivalent Crafting Materials. You can obtain Crafting Materials from deconstructing Weapons and Gear or from loot around New York.
