Clothing in Tom Clancy's The Division are cosmetic customizations. You can view your available clothing in the Appearance tab of your Inventory screen. Majority of the clothing items are obtained by helping Civilians in need around New York City. Simply giving them the required resource (e.g. water or an energy bar) makes them reward you with clothing items. Certain clothing items may also be obtained as drops from enemies in the Dark Zone.

if i have like all available clothings do i still get it as a drop or does it stop dropping for me ? meaning is "does every clothing drop i get is new to me ?"
