I am lvl 28 in the division, I have had 3 mp5n submachine guns since starting. Not one of them could take a optical attachment, I have had all kinds of different sights, improved iron sights, reflex, holo, acog, even rifle sights with 12 and 15x. Vector and mp7, no problem, only with the mp5.
