Legendary Weapons in The Division are the highest quality of Weapons in the game. They deal more damage than any other type (compared to the same gun of a lesser quality). The following is a list of Legendary Weapons:
- Liberator (Lightweight M4)
- Caduceus (SCAR-L)
- Midas (T821)
- Tenebrae (SCAR-H)
- Cassidy (Double Barrel Shotgun)
- Damascus (M9)
- Pakhan (RPK)
- Defiler (Sawed off Shotgun)
- Warlord
- Valkyria

You can get them from ALL (Named Elite Enemys at level 30) it is completely random and rare. i got my Midas within 50 darkzone boss kills but you can also get them from daily mission bosses and like i said all level 30 elite named AI
